I'm in Oregon right now. (The weather is very Oregon-y, too. Overcast with a slight drizzle. In the words of Morgan Freeman's character, Azeem, in Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves, "Is there no sun in this cursed country?") We're getting our house ready to sell and my computer time is limited. I'll spare you the mundane-ness of our diet right now. (Read: We're living very cheaply in the empty house with an empty kitchen.) I'll get caught up on the last three or four meals I missed prior to our rapid and unexpected departure. Until then, create and consume some tasty meals for me.
